Folders open in new window despite folder option says: open in the same window

solution:-

1. open start menu, type cmd and search for command promt

2. then right click. and choose run as administrator.

3. type "sfc/scannow" and enter.

4. wait it finish and then try to open a folder to see it okey or not.

5. some may need to restart first.

6. finish : )
